Westbrook, ME – CCB Inc. of Westbrook, Maine recently announced Marc Belanger, Jr., and Sean Ferguson, has joined Beth Sturtevant as owners of the sixty‐seven year old construction company.
Belanger, Jr., joined CCB full‐time in 1999 upon graduation from the University of Maine Orono with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management Technology. Ferguson joined CCB in 2008 as Controller after spending eleven years as an accountant and consultant to the construction industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting Information Systems as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Thomas College. Together they purchased shares of the company vacated from then Vice President of Finance and minority owner, Donald W. Raye after his retirement in late 2011. Sturtevant remains as President and majority owner.
