Boston – Brad Cardoso, AIA, has joined Margulies Perruzzi Architects to lead the firm’s Healthcare Studio. In this newly created role, he will oversee the planning and design of complex healthcare design projects, with a specific focus on acute care environments and ambulatory clinics.
With extensive experience and knowledge of policies, practices and systems within the healthcare field, Cardoso will be responsible for leading design teams employing Lean Design practices and applying advanced planning and architectural techniques. His current projects include work for Winchester Hospital and Reliant Medical Group.
Prior to joining MPA, he was a senior project architect at DiGiorgio Associates in Boston, where he was responsible for successful delivery of acute care healthcare projects from planning through construction.
