Braintree, MA – Campanelli recently announced that they have earned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) ENERGY STAR Rating for Superior Energy Efficiency for three Campanelli owned buildings; Weymouth Woods Corporate Center, Weymouth, 300 Crown Colony Drive, Quincy and One Campanelli Drive, Braintree.
The ratings signify that the buildings perform in the top 25% of similar facilities nationwide for energy efficiency and meet strict energy efficiency performance levels set by the EPA. Commercial buildings that earn EPA’s ENERGY STAR certification use an average of 35% less energy than typical buildings and also release 35% less carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.
