Stoneham, MA – Building Technology Engineers (BTE) has been named 2010 Affiliate Company of the Year by BOMA’s (Building Owners and Managers Association) Boston Chapter as part of the organization’s 2010-2011 Boston Toby & Industry Awards program, which recognizes members for real estate excellence. Additionally, two facilities for which EMCOR provides operations and maintenance services also received awards.

BTE was honored for its continuing and longstanding contributions to BOMA’s Boston chapter. The award citation stated: “BTE is a strong supporter of the BOMA Boston Community. BTE’s very own Regional Director of Asset Services, Tom Coates, serves as the BOMA Boston Engineering Committee Chair and sits on the BOMA Boston Board. The two facilities for which EMCOR provides operations and maintenance services and that also received awards were:
· Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, located at 250 Massachusetts Avenue, Boston—recognized in the ”Laboratory Building” category.
· TIAA-CREF, located at 99 High Street, Boston—recognized in the “Renovated Building” category.
