Manchester, NH – Brookstone Builders, Inc. was selected recently to perform a renovation project by the Fox Hollow at Wellington Condominium Association.
The scope-of-work will include an exterior renovation to an existing eight-unit town house building, inclusive of general repairs and siding replacement. Scheduling will be modified to accommodate residents, as the facility will remain in full use during construction.
The property is managed by Sentry Management Corporation of Manchester, and drawings are being provided by Ambit Engineering of Portsmouth.
Dave Giovagnoli of Brookstone Builders will serve as project manager.
