New Haven, CT – The Bilco Company has appointed Pamela L. Griffin as vice president and controller. A returning employee, she will oversee areas of financial reporting, analysis and planning in her new position.
Griffin has more than 15 years of experience in financial management, planning and analysis.
Before joining Bilco, she served as vice president of Finance for 10 years at The Marlin Firearms Company in North Haven, Conn.
Prior to her long-term career at Marlin Firearms, Griffin served as audit manager at Arthur Andersen LLP in Hartford and as customer service manager for the architectural products sales division at the Bilco Company.
“I am glad to be back at Bilco, where I used to work in a different capacity at the beginning of my career,” said Griffin.
