Portsmouth, NH – “Berkeley Building Company was recently awarded the construction of a 7,000sf British Beer Company restaurant at 99 Hanover Street in Portsmouth.
Construction started in early February and the restaurant will open in the spring.
In addition to the full interior construction, the scope of the project includes the replacement of the existing storefront with the signature look of the British Beer Company façade.
The project team includes Jefferson Group Architects, Paramount Restaurant Supply and Old Harbor LLC as the Owners Representative.
