Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE: JLL) announces that Peter Bekarian and John Osten have been named Executive Vice Presidents from the New England region. Michael McGloin and Dana Griffin were named Senior Vice Presidents.
Peter Bekarian is part of the Cambridge team and is a leader of the Life Sciences practice group. With 17 years of real estate experience, Peter delivers innovative occupancy solutions by leveraging his in-depth knowledge of the Cambridge and surrounding markets. His investor clients include: Harvard University, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Skanska USA Commercial Development, and Principal Real Estate. Tenants he has represented include: EMD Serono and EMD Chemicals, Merck, Microsoft, VMWare, and Dyax.
John Osten focuses his attention on representing tenants and landlords in Cambridge and the surrounding markets. He is also a leader of the firm’s Life Sciences team. With 16 years of industry experience, Osten’s investor clients include: Harvard, Skanska, Principal Real Estate, Intercontinental Real Estate Investors, and J.P. Morgan. His tenant clients include: Akamai Technologies, Merck, Microsoft, Bright Horizons, and Industrial Economics.
As a key member of the Property Management team, Michael McGloin is responsible for enhancing operations, the review of regional capital planning and project oversight increasing value for clients, as well as for maintaining the successful operation of all buildings managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. McGloin currently oversees the sustainability and energy saving program at 99 High in Boston.
As a Project Executive, Dana Griffin manages diverse and complex construction assignments for the Construction team. With over ten years of commercial construction expertise, his assignments include numerous tenant fit-ups, life science and new building construction. His investor and corporate clients include: IBM, Boston University, Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, and Merck.
