Boston, MA – The Boston Architectural College (BAC) recently announced its online sustainable design courses for the Summer 2010 session. The courses are part of the BAC’s Sustainable Design Program, which offers four possible graduate certificates in sustainable design (see www.the-bac.edu/green for details). The courses have been developed in partnership with BuildingGreen and are part of the most comprehensive sustainable design curriculum in the country.

Instructors are building industry experts. All courses are online, instructor-led, interactive, asynchronous and limited to 15 students each. The eight-week courses are offered at the graduate level and earn 1.5 academic credits. Many courses earn 24 AIA HSW Learning Units and many are approved 17.5 for GBCI CE Hours (check the website for further information). Most courses have been approved by the Royal Institute of British Architects for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credit.
