Boston — Avison Young announced that it has been named the exclusive sales agent for 235 Barnum Road in Devens, Massachusetts.
Avison Young was granted the assignment by the building’s owner, Inland American Real Estate Trust Inc. A multi-market team of brokers, based in Boston and Chicago, will act on behalf of Inland, which is based in suburban Chicago.
Avison Young Principals Erik Foster, Mike Wilson, Scott Jamieson and Michael Smith will lead the multi-market brokerage team. Foster and Wilson are based in Avison Young’s Chicago office while Jamieson and Smith operate out of the firm’s Boston location.
The 235 Barnum Road property is a 183,900-square-foot (sf) high-end warehouse and distribution facility. The property is currently 100% leased to Quiet Logistics on a triple-net basis through April 2019.
