Burlington, MA – Jones & Bartlett (JBL), a division of Ascend Learning, relocated its Sudbury and Maynard locations into over 55,000sf of space on the third floor at Five Wall Street in Burlington. The project increased to over 80,000sf with the addition of Ascend Learning on the fourth floor.
Diversified Project Management, Inc. (DPM) of Newton completed the construction and relocation of the new headquarters.
This was a turnkey assignment through the Gutierrez Company (landlord) with Cube 3 serving as tenant architect, WB Engineers as consulting engineers and Gutierrez performing MEP /FP/s on a subcontractor design / build basis.
