Cambridge, Ma – Xylem, a leading global water technology company with operations in more than 150 countries, has selected Amenta/Emma Architects to design their new 66,000 sf corporate headquarters.
Since completing its spin-off from ITT Corporation in 2011, Xylem has become a Fortune 500 company and has been named to the Dow Jones Sustainability Index. Their headquarters are currently located in White Plains, NY, but they are seeking a new location where they can define their unique brand and identity through the architecture and interior design. Xylem will seek LEED Gold certification for their renovations.
