Bridgeport, CT – The State of Connecticut Department of Construction Services has awarded Amenta/Emma architectural design services for a $30,000,000 addition and renovation to Lafayette Hall, the main campus building at Housatonic Community College in downtown Bridgeport.
The scope of work will include expansion of the college’s main library and main cafeteria as well as additional new science labs, classrooms, computer labs and student support spaces all of which address Housatonic’s continuous enrollment growth.
Amenta/Emma will be led on the project by Principal-in-Charge Robert Swain AIA, Design Principal Anthony Amenta AIA, and Project Manager, Jenna McClure AIA.
