Scarborough, ME – AlliedCook Construction announced that Kathryn S. Leathers has joined the company as senior project manager.
Leathers brings nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry in a diverse range of projects ranging in size from $100,000 to over $11 million. Her expertise also includes a significant amount of experience as an owner’s representative, giving her an understanding of the issues and challenges from the client’s perspective.
Her experience includes projects for academic, healthcare, research and development and industrial/manufacturing clients. She has successfully guided complex projects from conceptual design through preconstruction, purchasing, construction, financial management to project close-out. Recent projects include new multi-million dollar educational and healthcare facilities in Connecticut.
At AlliedCook, Leathers is currently serving as project manager for Husson University’s new Living Learning Center in Bangor.
